De evolutie van contentmarketing

Contentmarketing is niets nieuws. Bedrijven verspreidden meer dan honderd jaar geleden ook al waardevolle, relevante informatie om hun business te profileren en de verkoop van producten en diensten te bevorderen. 

Toch zijn er maar weinig organisaties die goed hebben nagedacht over welke content ze waarom en in welke vorm willen aanbieden, laat staan dat ze het effect vervolgens meten

Contentmarketing is slimme marketing, mits je weet wat je doet.

De evolutie van contentmarketing

Doordat het tegenwoordig zo makkelijk is om content te delen, wordt het ook in veel grotere mate gedaan. 
Omdat mensen dagelijks maar een beperkte hoeveelheid informatie kunnen verwerken (de schaduwzijde van contentmarketing), is het voor bedrijven extra belangrijk om hun contentmarketing vooral goed aan te pakken. 
En dat is niet altijd makkelijk.

7 Tools for Lean Content Marketing

Last week, Scoop.it released the official #leancontent framework. 
The lean content ideology addresses the issue of knowing a content strategy is necessary but not having enough money to send a man into space a la RedBull; content strategy for the rest of us, if you will. 

There are many components of developing a successful and impacting lean content strategy, including testing different types of content, repurposing content for various platforms, building a community contribution program, and curating existing content.

Working with a lean content methodology for almost an entire year has allowed me to discover many useful tools to ensure that your content comes with both the lowest cost and highest impact possible, and I’d like to share some of them with you.
